Staff retention is also an integral part of Synpac's success and we remain focused on attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver an excellent product. Sixty percent of the workforce has over 14 years' unbroken service amounting to 267 years in total. Training is constantly embraced throughout the company and our experienced staff have the technical knowledge to work in partnership with our customers, listening to their needs and develop the right packaging solutions. Exciting developments during 2016 resulted in the acquisition of Synpac by Plastics Capital Plc who focus on the manufacture of speciality products.
