Swingvote was founded in 2003 to be the premier provider of shareholder communications and voting technology to the institutional investors who act as the "swingvote" in corporate elections. In 2006, after operating for two successful proxy seasons, we simplified our platform for the retail investor, architected an innovative operations toolset and engaged several prestigious partners to provide the brokerage industry with a total outsource "branded proxy solution" for both paper and electronic delivery. In 2007, Swingvote will roll out our patented E-solicitation technology which will give companies the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with their street name shareholders as they are preparing to vote.
