Sweeper King, Inc was founded in 1998 by Barry Frank. After spending 10 years in the Marine Corp and several years in law enforcement, Barry decided to enter into a new area of work focusing on construction site sweeping and erosion control. The company started out with a $500 loan, one employee, and hours of hard work from Barry and his employee.... From Sweeper King's inception, the focus has been on providing quality service, adapting to customer needs, and always working to find better solutions. The company soon entered the field of parking lot maintenance and power-washing, and continued to grow. Sweeper King's high level of quality and service was recognized and the company was awarded larger contracts with companies such as Home Depot, Walgreens, and property management groups. Many customers began requesting help in the facilities maintenance area, and Barry felt that Sweeper King could rise to meet those needs. Throughout this process, Barry maintained a high level of communication to ensure that the company was providing exactly what each customer needed. As Sweeper King continues to grow, this open communication is something the company strives to maintain. Slowly these one-time only customer special requests evolved into routine maintenance services that are currently being used across many business sectors. Sweeper King has invented, perfected, and provided services that companies once thought were not possible. The company now has an expansive list of services that is always growing and changing as customer needs evolve.
