The strings of traditions woven together to form the fabric of legacy is SUTRAKAAR. Our vision is to become a pioneer at trans formative textiles- a step towards sustainable future!!! To bring together the faith, beliefs, skills transcending from one generation to the next, and adapt them into the Contemporary Fashion sensibilities Sutrakaar Creati... ons was set up in Jaipur, 3 years ago, to encourage experimental hand loom weaving. We hand craft Eco-textile creations with waste paper and natural materials. The idea is to juxtapose crafts with post-consumer waste such that we promote fair trade, craft empowerment, zero-waste and ethical fashion. With our products we aim to cross the realm of art and encompass the life of the spinners and the weavers by whom it is inextricably created with feelings and emotions. Our USP is hand spinning and weaving of waste newspaper, handmade paper and create products from these hand woven paper fabrics. Today paper waste contributes to being one of the third largest pollutants on Earth and our aim is to use as much of this waste and transform them into beautiful products.
