About SurfBoards
For over 25 years, Roland Surfboards has been manufacturing custom surfboards for many of the best surfers in the world. Our employees have years of combined board building experience and are the best in the business. In the last 25 years we have manufactured over 30,000 surfboards, we know how to do things right. The Factory is a full service facility. If you would like color on your board we offer airbrushing, pigment lamination and foam stains. We use Hexcel E Glass in 4oz, 6oz, 7.5oz silene and volan. We also carry Hexcel S-Cloth in 4oz and 6oz. The S-Cloth provides exceptional overall strength. We also use Silmar UV resin, which cures 100% in just 5 minutes. This gives the customer a board that is rock hard and ready to ride. Traditionally chemical catalyzed resins required a three week wait to get a 95% cure.
