Sure Seal manufactures its valves with materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloys. Sizes range through 60-inch with ANSI 150-, 300- and 600-pound specifications. All Series 500 and 800 seats are equipped with EPDM, Viton® and Sure Seal's Special Abrasion Resistant formulated blend of FDA-approved Nitrile, along with 12 other stand... ard compounds to meet all applications. Sure Seal also uses only totally encapsulated patented valve seats made with Teflon. As a standard practice, every valve manufactured by Sure Seal is also tested to 110% of its pressure rating.
