All leasing work is done in-house. Superior acquires mineral interest both for itself and on behalf of other companies. We handle the entire acquisition process from start to finish, including all deed recording and landowner payments. Superior has over 12 years of experience in surface title work for wind energy projects, having been the sole broker for two large wind energy projects located in Western Oklahoma.
