Sunwest Trust

After two decades of providing self-directed IRA services to our clients, Sunwest Trust has made the decision to sell its business. We have truly valued your loyalty and it has been our pleasure to serve you over the years. Sunwest Trust has always strived to provide you with the highest level of client service and it is important to us that a new... custodian is able to carry on that legacy of exceptional service and customer care. That is why we have chosen Millennium Trust Company, LLC, a leading IRA provider, to serve as the new custodian of self-directed IRAs. If your Sunwest Trust IRA is eligible for transfer to Millennium Trust, you will receive a communication in the mail that outlines any next steps you may need to take in connection with the transition. You can also visit www.mtrustcompany.com/sunwesttrust for additional details and information. Please note ( with the exception of ITrust Capital Accounts ) , Sunwest Trust will no longer open new self-directed IRAs. If you are interested in opening a new self-directed IRA, please contact Millennium Trust via email at alternatives@mtrustcompany.com or call 833.502.0923. Finally, if you maintain an escrow account with our related company, Sunwest Escrow, nothing will change with respect to your escrow account as a result of the sale of Sunwest Trust. Sunwest Escrow will continue to operate in its current capacity under the existing ownership and with the same personnel moving forward.Read More
