Sunvista Homes Pty Ltd was established in 1990 as a family affair between parents Jan & Jim Barnes and their son Troy. Jim Barnes had over 25 years experience as a builder prior to starting Sunv... ista Homes, establishing an exceptional base for what was going to be a successful start to our building future as "Sunvista Homes". We are a proud family owned business, with unwavering commitment to quality and customer service. Soon after in 1996, brother Trent Barnes joined the Sunvista Team as a Director. Trent's experience as a qualified domestic and commercial plumber, gas fitter and metal roofer gave our company hands on experience in this field and made sure our quality in this area was second to none. Sunvista Homes now employs a number of registered builders - not just carpenters, with over 27 year's experience, to carry out all our carpentry work. This makes construction on even the most difficult jobs run smoothly, as the knowledge and experience we have can conquer any variation that may arise. We also have a number of qualified plumbers, bricklayers and concretors who work solely on Sunvista Homes projects and therefore know what level of quality Sunvista Homes provides and maintain at all times.
