We are an independent, privately held biotechnology company based in Baltimore, Maryland. Committed to scientific excellence and patient care we are primarily focused on developing novel regenerative therapies to repair damaged tissue. We are currently progressing a strong product pipeline towards the clinic which we anticipate will bring much-needed innovation to the wound care market. The value of the wound care market is estimated to reach over $26 billion by 2023 (Source: Stratistics MRC 2017). Our first product candidate, WizGel-DX1, is designed to regenerate complete skin for the treatment of full thickness cutaneous wounds and pre-existing scars, including third degree burn wounds and surgical wounds. We plan to complete preclinical studies by the end of the third quarter of 2019. If successful WizGel-DX1 will be initially targeted at the burns market. We also have preclinical product candidate WizGel-DX2 designed for diabetic wounds and beyond that a number of product candidates designed for a range of cosmetic applications.
