A really creative and inventive guy who has spent decades not just working with Solar panels and LEDs but working with the worlds heavy-weights as a product development engineer. Companies such as Lumileds, Hewlett & Packard and Phillips were included are among the mix, thugh there were others. Both his and JB's expertise included silicon chip manufacture as well. The SunLIT skylight was Mal's idea. Jill Wills. SunLIT may not have happed without her. Jill has amazing marketing and sales nouse. She can spot an application instantly and is NEVER wrong. Great with people and can identify what is the best fit, on the spot. She is just amazing, great with customers and an inspiration. JB or John Bennet, has been the ultimate tech support and design expert/guru. Totally anal about design relaibility and efficiency. Dedicated to meticulous & careful data analysis, JB will work relentlessly to get the last 0.5% effieiency out of a PEP. JB is a superstar with electronics and has great knowledge of PEP generators and LED's. He also has the rare experience of working in Silicon Chip manufacture.Read More
