He is the proud parent of five children, and his oldest son, Craig, has been working with him since 2001. Frank actively volunteers in the community and through his church, and he is a member of the Bowie Council of the Knights of Columbus. Craig Hebert has been with Summit Financial Services, LLC since April 2001. Previously, Mr. Hebert was a program director for an adult day facility whose mission was to engage and employ adults with developmental disabilities. This vocational program enhanced motor skill development and taught invaluable job skills to over 80 participants daily. Mr. Hebert also supervised a counseling department and mentored his staff on issues such as: communication barriers, overcoming obstacles and conflict resolution. From his years of employment as a program director coupled with the disciplined financial guidance by his father Frank Hebert CPA, Craig has discovered a way to bridge the gap between the disabled population's funding requirements and the inherent need for implementing financial planning components to enhance one's quality of life.
