If you are still up for some fun, try hiking the Victoria Rail Trail or hitting Garnet Graham beach. At night, enjoy the communal fire pit with family and friends before settling in for a good nights rest while listening to the sound of the loons wail. Whether you are visiting to relax or for an adventure, Summerland Cottages will leave you rejuvenated and ready to book your next visit! Kawartha Lakes is known for its great fishing. Our lakes are abundant in Yellow pickerel, muskie, bass, perch and panfish. Boat rentals are close by for an easy way to hit the lake for the day. Kawartha Lakes has over 600 km of trails spread across the region. The Victoria Rail Trail crosses through Fenelon Falls and continues across the Kawarthas for over 50 kms. The trail is open year round for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. No need to leave Fido at the dog sitters when you can bring him/her along for the fun. Enjoy your stay with your best pal by your side! All breeds are welcome but must be leashed at all times.
