Sullivan Contracting, Inc. was incorporated by the father and son team of Darwin and Tim Sullivan in May, 2000. With core values of honesty, hard-work and commitment, the new start-up began with 2 pickup trucks, a welding machine, two dreamers and a lot of prayer. The business served many of the top oil & gas and coal producing companies in west ce... ntral Alabama. As the change in economic conditions took its toll on the coal and oil & gas industries, so began our search for another industry that we could provide our outstanding service to. Sullivan Contracting, Inc. had provided welding service since its inception, so with that as our basis we switched our emphasis not only to welding but industrial maintenance as well. The journey to industrial maintenance started in early 2012. With long days, long hours and total commitment the change was completed and we are extremely excited about the future. With this transition our scope of services expanded and our customer base widened to incorporate the entire Southeast. At the height of our business we employed over 40 full time in addition to part time employees. Our current staff understands our growth potential and their dedication to quality is beyond reproach. Sullivan Contracting, Inc.s commitment is to provide the SAFEST, most productive team possible to reduce downtime and improve production of our customers facilities. Sullivan Contracting, Inc. has been located in Northport, Alabama since its inception. However, as we continue to grow, we have big plans for our future. We recently opened a shop in Decatur, AL and are currently developing a future site 15 miles west that has a significantly larger shop for fabrication and 21 acres of land for future development.
