We have developed a Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Clinic, specifically geared to treat CKD and related complications such as hypertension, proteinuria, anemia, alterations in calcium, phosphorus and Vitamin D metabolism and other electrolyte and acid base disturbances. We are proud to announce our participation in kidney disease education, a comprehensive educational program established by the National Kidney Foundation. Special classes are offered to patients with advanced kidney disease (Stages 4 and 5). All our physicians are board certified in nephrology and provide direct patient care along with a team of specially trained nurse practitioners. Continuity of care, as well as the highest quality of care, are therefore provided to our patients over a wide range of nephrology (kidney-related) related services.
