We incorporate effective and positive behavior modification techniques which confronts patterns of immaturity, negative learned behaviors, faulty thinking and poor problem solving skills. Individual treatment plans are developed for each resident based on specific critical goals that are defined by the placing agency. Your child's social development is an important life-long process. Treatment plans are an integral part of the program that includes strategies for acceptable behaviors that can be used throughout their lifetime. Quarterly staffing meetings are held to review measurable progress made toward each goal, transitional needs and reunification planning. Our program also teaches independent living skills through group presentations, study guides and informational groups offered in the community. Occupational therapy services are provided on site based on the need of the resident.
