Studio Theatre's commitment to connecting actors and audience is built into the very architecture of Studio Theatre's building, where none of Studio Theatre's four performance spaces seats more than 225 patrons. No theatre of comparable budget size operates such exclusively intimate spaces. Studio Theatre is also committed to nurturing future generations of theatre professionals. Toward this end, Studio Theatre offers rigorous theatre training for both adults and young people, provide year-long apprenticeships for early-career arts leaders, and involve emerging talent in the creation of Studio Theatre's work. Studio Theatre believes in accessibility and inclusion, and open Studio Theatre's doors to students and audiences across the region through a wide variety of outreach programs.
