Studio Phoenix

Studio Phoenix was founded in 2013. We began in a cozy, 500-square-foot facility in Des Plaines, but quickly outgrew the space. Our studio's space in Arlington Heights has allowed us to grow and spread our wings! With 2600 square feet and three classrooms, we are able to offer even more fun, sexy classes to our wonderful students. This studio is a drama-free environment, where women of all ages, sizes, and fitness abilities are welcome! We pride ourselves in our welcoming atmosphere, and in our encouraging, positive attitudes. We support each other in our pole journeys, and challenge each other to be the best we can be. Our group classes are open to women, and those who identify as women; our workshops, privates, and semi-privates are open to all sexes!
