Studio Oxmox

Studio Oxmox is a prototype creation company based in Australia. We have been sculpting life-size and small-size promotional statues for serial production for more than 15 years ago in Germany. One of our first works was the life-size prototype of Lara Croft for Tomb Raider in 1998 for Videogame publisher Eidos. Our tallest statue is a one-off of a... soldier for the video game Unreal with a whopping height of 5 meters. We have worked with numerous companies since then. Over the years we have sculpted different kinds of prototypes and most of the copies from our serial production are displayed in shops and in exhibitions around the world. Studio Oxmox has also created other prototypes such as Superman, Spiderman, Batman, Hulk, Captain America, Guardians of the Galaxy and Iron Man in different versions for different movies. Some are very special promotion statues that are rare, like for example a life size Star Wars Darth Maul statue, produced as a limited edition with original signature by Georg Lucas as a competition prize with only 15 exemplars worldwide. Occasionally we create one-off statues for special event as well, like for example a life size Dracula sitting in a throne for Konami Castlevania Lords of Shadow or Square Enix Chocobo life size for Final Fantasy or a life size Warframe statue, completely 3D printed, which was used as a display for a TV show in the USA, King of the Nerds. We have also created other game characters for promotion either in life size or scale size. Some of these characters include a scale size Troll or a life-size Orc and Dwarf for Lord of the Ring, Scrat for Ice Age, King Kong, Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, Rango, Star Wars Rebels or scale size for DVDs special collector editions, like Batman vs Superman, MIB, Amazing Spiderman, 300 and Mad Max, just to name a few.
