The Straz Center is committed to making the performing arts available and accessible through a variety of services, including sign language interpretation, audio descriptions of shows and open captioning. We encourage patrons needing these services to call ahead (813.229.STAR) and let us know they will be using the services. In addition to confirming that the services will be provided, this helps us to avoid costs for unused services in the event that the services are not needed. Q: Is the Straz Center accessible to persons with disabilities? Yes. The Straz Center has an 'Open Doors' Accessibility Policy. Wheelchair accessible seating may be purchased online or over the phone with a Customer Service Representative. Infrared listening system wireless headphones are available for Morsani Hall, Ferguson Hall and the Jaeb Theater.
