Michael D. Cohen is chief executive officer and president of Stratera Holdings, bringing more than 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership and commercial real estate experience to the company. Prior to joining Stratera, Mr. Cohen was a vice president at Crow Holdingsthe investment office of the Trammell Crow family. Mr. Cohen received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas Christian University. M. Jason Mattox is Stratera Services chief operating officer, responsible for company operations and our service infrastructure and delivery. He has served as an executive officer and principal of the company and its related enterprises for more than twenty years. During his tenure, Mr. Mattox has previously overseen real estate acquisitions, asset management, marketing endeavors, and industry liaison activities. Mr. Mattox received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with honors, and a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is an guest lecturer at the SMU Cox School of Business and has served on numerous real estate industry, philanthropic, and academic boards. Bradley D. Behringer is executive vice president of Stratera Services. During his tenure of more than 15 years, Mr. Behringer has been involved in transactions across 10 countries totaling more than $300 million. Prior to 2003, Mr. Behringer was employed by one of the companys predecessor organizations; a private REIT with assets totaling approximately $200 million.
