After almost 10 years with The Pillsbury Company, Ray left the corporate world to enter seminary in preparation of full time ministry. After 10 years in Christian camp and conference ministry in Texas, Colorado, Wisconsin and Maryland, he became a bi-vocational associate pastor while still working in the hospitality and hotel industry in Colorado.... From 2000-2005 he started a consulting business to Christian camp and conference centers and a small remodel construction business. He has served on Ministry Boards and as a retreat and seminar speaker at CCCA regional and national conferences. From 2005-2010 Ray was the Executive Director of Canby Grove a multifaceted ministry in Canby, Oregon. While there, he developed strategic performance indicators setting a standard for best practices that allow a CEO to stay ahead of our ever changing cultural and economic environment. In 2011, he formed Strategic Executive Tools, LLC to help faith based non-profit organizations remain fiscally viable. God has gifted Ray with the passion and ability to come along side of CEOs and ministries in crisis organizationally and financially to help them find clear direction.
