Karen McGee, Chief Development Officer and Principal of Strategic Development Initiatives, LLC, is a graduate of the Newfield Network Certified Coach Training Program. She has served on the Boards for International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations and the International Coach Federation, Colorado Chapter. She is currently President-elect and VP of Programs for Boulder Business and Professional Women.
