Operating under the supervision of the Association of Friends of the National Cancer-free Initiative (AFNCI), Stp's core mission is to equip students with essential supplementary skills for the labor market. Its vision is to be a leading organization fostering youth development for positive societal change. With an employee range of 500 - 1,000 individuals, Stp manages its operations from a single location in Egypt. The initiative is structured around three key projects: Conference & Workshops (focusing on Engineering & Management), Juniors, and Events. These programs are designed to provide practical experience and skill enhancement opportunities for students, particularly in engineering fields.
