The Stovery was established in May of 1977 in response to the energy crisis. We are now in our 37th year of selling, servicing and installing " soothing fires" for families' comfort and security. The solid fuel heating industry [wood and coal] is now supplemented with gas & pellet burning appliances. We started with the early airtight wood and coal... burners, graduated into all the EPA certified stoves, and now do some pellet & corn burning systems. Our service includes stove, fireplace and fireplace insert installations for wood, gas & pellet burning equipment. We install and clean Metalbestos and Air Jet factory built chimney systems. We also supply and install customized Heat Fab stainless steel chimney liners. We service all the products we sell. Over the years, our reputation has been growing with the advent of our specialty fireplace department. We design and customize each fireplace system we sell to the customers' particular criteria. For many people the fireplace is the focal point of their home and it needs to make a statement. We hope that you can visit our unique shop, decorated in rustic Adirondack decor. We display over 75 stoves, fireplaces and inserts of which 25 are burning models for the customer to compare different logs and flame patterns. We feature many of the leading product manufacturers that are in our industry. We also display many of the accessories needed for a complete system. All chimney parts, venting, hearth boards, wall protection, interior black pipe, heat shields, etc. Plus we display a wide assortment of hearth accessories to compliment your system. You can select from log racks, rugs, gloves, humidifiers, scents and potpourri.
