The Stopher Elementary PTA purpose is to promote the health and welfare of children and youth in home, school and community. We seek to promote collaboration between paretns, school and the community at large. The Stopher PTA began when the school first opened in August of 2007. The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of Stopher Elementary enriches the educational experience of parents, students and teachers. The PTA organizes fundraisers, provides programming, promotes school spirit and serves as a link to the school community. PTA goals are accomplished through the volunteer efforts of parents and faculty. The PTA provides opportunities to meet and talk with other parents who share the same goals, objectives and hopes. Being part of a group results in parental support and makes school involvement easier. You will no longer feel alone in rearing your children. PTA provides an opportunity to serve, volunteer and contribute to something important. PTA will introduce you to a variety of new activities and opportunities to share your special talents.
