Our attention to detail has gone well beyond the manufacturing and order requirements. We have developed an order identification sy... stem that boxes and labels each individual set of hardware so it can be received and placed throughout the job site by room and/or door location. Additionally, all orders shipped from our plant are shipped in well-marked master cartons for quick and accurate warehouse or job site identification. Within each order shipment, Stone River Bronze includes an extra master set of installation instructions along with a Complimentary Spare Parts Kit of extra critical parts which are often lost or misplaced on a job site during the installation process. Stone River Bronze also offers a Bronze Care Kit for distribution to the end hardware owner for many years of simple care and enjoyment.
