About Stone Bru
Stone Bru was founded in 2015 by Brad Lepper, Jeff Boonstra, and Robert Jennings. The three Sioux City entrepreneurs began with no formal background in coffee, but quickly learned the business and developed a deeper passion for quality coffee and customer service. 3 stores and 1 mobile coffee bar later, Stone Bru has grown into Sioux City's leading café, winning Sioux City's "Best Coffee" award in 2018. Our motto, Ground Level, sums up the focus of the foundation of our company: Quality. Quality is determined by the value we deliver to our customers, in the eyes of our customers. We pursue the finest coffees and latest equipment not for the sake of our coffee, but the customers who drink it. Our true north as entrepreneurs is the market.
