We primarily deal in unimproved land and have numerous ongoing projects. Our current land opportunities include land near Pueblo, Colorado; Colorado City, Colorado; Pahrump, Nevada, and Northern Arizona between Kingman and Las Vegas. As an interesting sideline, Rich Michel, the head of Stingray Land Company, began collecting antique maps a few years ago. His collection has been digitally reproduced and copies are available in the antique map section of this web site. The reproductions are so good that they appear to be as old as the originals. Another interesting sideline of Mr. Michel came about during his travels to the Orient on a land consulting project. He met a manufacturer of quality leather products made from stingrays. Mr. Michel imports these products and sells them in the Stingray Leather Products section of this site.
