At the same time (1986) Steven and wife Glenda, in parallel with SSAL, developed a behavioural profiling business (incorporated in 1992) which rapidly became No1 in the world outside the USA where the parent company was based in Tampa Florida.  In 2004 this profiling business was sold. After a 5 year restraint of trade, Steven and Glenda are b... ack in the profiling business using the FinxS system which our clients tell us is faster, better and much more cost effective. We are associated with HRProfiling Solutions - a New Zealand based company. The 90's saw the company grow and expand into recruiting, training, profiling and (the original service) speaking, with up to six staff based in Hamilton NZ. During this time Steven and Glenda applied new found skills as producers and creators of customized video training modules for businesses including Liquorland, Paykel Engineering, de Laval Overland Shoes and ITM.
