A Step Ahead Entertainment is proud to be an Inland Empire-based organization. Each November we host a Harlem Nights Steppers Ball. This yearly event opens its doors to guests from across the nation in a spirit of unity, camaraderie, and a common interest in promoting the style of dance known as Chicago Steppin. In addition, this event celebrates t... he history of dance in America. Proceeds from this event, along with other philanthropic venues hosted throughout the year, help us to support various non-profit organizations and underserved youth in the San Bernardino County area. A Step Ahead Entertainment strives to bring quality dance-related venues to Southern California that enrich the lives of the people in our dance community. We are committed to uniting like-minded people to celebrate and rejoice in an era called the Harlem Renaissance. We celebrate the Harlem Renaissance as this era helped to cultivate this wonderful dance style, which is quickly growing in popularity rivaling Ballroom and Salsa Our vision is to promote an awareness and affection for this dance, and to pass the baton to those that will come after us by introducing them to the dance as well. Chicago Steppin is more than a dance; it teaches common courtesy, respect, who leads and who follows, camaraderie, how to follow the rules of engagement on the dance floor, fellowship, and so much more.
