Stefan Schutte Accounting Services was founded in 2009 and specialises in the registration of new close corporations as well as acting as Accounting Officer to new and existing close corporations. We also perform partially outsourced or complete bookkeeping and accounting services to private companies, trusts and sole proprietors. Pocock & Company during 2006. In 2007 he joined G5 Investments (Pty) Ltd as Accountant and was in charge of the accounting function of 30 local companies. Duties included liasing with auditors, preparation of audit packs and drafting of annual financial statements. He also managed accounting functions in Namibia, Gabon and Angola and interacted with accounting teams in Chad, Niger and Congo Brazzaville. In 2008 he completed a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting at the VUT.
