Steamworks is a dynamic Western Australian based organisation with contacts and projects currently underway across Australia. Diversity is at... the core of the company's activities which extend through the performing arts in the areas of creation, direction, consultancy, dramaturgy, project and production management. Steamworks continues to initiate, promote and support WA creative talent through supporting artists and touring productions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. Teamwork is at the centre of everything we do. Steamworks has a successful record of creating partnerships with organisations including; The Australia Council, UWA Perth International Arts Festival, Strut WA, Ausdance WA, The Government of Western Australia through the Department of Culture and the Arts, Curtin, ECU & Murdoch Universities, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts, DFAT, and various corporate partners, national agencies and organsiations on a range of projects and productions.
