Statistics 24

With this in mind we have recently added the following: Work sessions now display the operating system they took place on. With the huge increase of teaching via Google Meet sessions, Statistics 24 now audits time spent in Meet and Hangouts. We've also added Jamboard and Google Drawings usage. Filters can be added to separate users, e.g. "Staff" an... d "Student" accounts, in reports (dependant upon account naming conventions). Get in touch to have them set up for your organisation. "Working Hours" can be set for each organisation so work taking place outside of those times are flagged in red. This can provide an instant visual indicator of someone is working outside of normal hours a lot. The default is 6am to 10pm but can easily be changed. Teachers can now run attendance reports on any Google Classrooms where they have the role of "teacher", without needing any special permissions or elevated privileges. Organisation Administrators can now set a default time zone for their users (though this can be overridden by each user if they are in a different location) which will affect all reports run by that user.
