Then real estate agent, our Founder-CEO had a vision to build a better, ethically focused brokerage. Other companies were treating agents like profit centers and Standard was created to enforce the idea that brokerage could actually exist to serve the agent. From there, we moved in to our first office in Dallas, TX. From 2018-2019, the company grew... from one founder to over 25 agents in Dallas and Tyler, TX. Standard Real Estate, reached a mile stone of 30 agents and closed over $100 million in real estate transactions by the end of 2019. Building A New Future - No, Literally Standard Construction was created and launched in February of 2020. Our first service, designed to generate more agent revenue while saving clients time and money. We started with general contracting as it is commonly viewed as the most untrustworthy and fragmented service in residential real estate. Brokerage is our core competency and we will continue to focus on strengthening our core values while incrementally adding value for our clients and agents.
