Staffing Support Specialists is a placement agency that focuses on permanent opportunities. We also work with some temporary and part-time position s as well, but the demand is usually for permanent positions. Staffing Support Specialists looks for qualified candidates to fill the positions that they have available. They receive these positions when companies call and ask for help finding employees for the job openings that they have available. The placement coordinators then check the database looking for candidates that are qualified for the positions that are available. The placement coordinators would then call any qualified candidates to see if they would be interested in the position. If interested, they would forward your application and find out if the company would be interested in you. When the candidate is offered an opportunity, they may accept it or reject it. If they accept the position they would then be working at that company through Staffing Support Specialists for a probationary period. After the probationary period is up, the employee would then be hired on by that company based on their attendance, work performance and quality of work. Is there a fee to applicants? No, there is not a fee to applicants. All fees are client company paid. What kind of placements does Staffing Support Specialists provide? Staffing Support Specialists likes to focus on permanent positions. Although we focus on permanent positions, from time to time, our clients have needs that are best met with temporary staff which we also try to fill.
