About ST Services
ST Services (ST) is one of the largest independent petroleum products and specialty liquids terminaling companies in the world. The Company's predecessor was founded in 1957 to store and deliver jet fuel and aviation gasoline to military bases in the United States. In 1971 the Company was acquired by Cleary Petroleum which was in turn acquired by W.R. Grace & Co. in 1973. As a result of W.R. Grace & Co's. divestiture of all its energy related businesses in 1993 ST was acquired in March of that year by Kaneb Pipe Line Partners L.P. a Master Limited Partnership listed on the New York Stock Exchange (KPP). Today ST operates 48 terminals in 20 states the District of Columbia and the United Kingdom with a total storage capacity in excess of 35.6 million barrels (4500000 M3).
