St Ninians

Dunfermline St Ninians was created in 1957 when the church of St Andrews South was moved to the new Abbeyview area of the town, and renamed. The current building, the third on the site, has been here since 1996. We are part of the national Church of Scotland, which means we are Reformed in theology and Presbyterian in organisation. The Minister, together with the Kirk Session, governs the Church within a Presbyterian system of government. Members of the Congregation, along with elders, form the leadership groups which include: Pastoral Care, Mission and Outreach, Christian Nurture, Finance, Property, Social & Fundraising and Communications.
