St Johns Church is a contemporary catholic Anglican parish in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. It is a parish of the Diocese of Melbourne in the Anglican Church of Australia. Our corporate life cherishes word and sacrament and is embedded in prayer and worship. We are committed to compassion and justice. St John's is an inclusive parish... community welcoming people of all ages, gender, race, colour, creed and sexual orientation. It has endorsed a Parish Covenant, introduced on 25 June 2017, which is the basis for all relationships, social interactions, and patterns of behaviour within and concerning the Parish. It is currently available for signing by parishioners. St Johns Church is 100 metres from Camberwell Junction, on the south side, and is readily accessed by public transport. Camberwell Railway Station is a 10-minute walk from the church or a brief ride on the 72 tram. Two other tram lines 70 and 75 also access the Junction. Ample car parking is available on weekends and weeknights. Everyone is welcome at St John's.
