Founded in 1992 by Dave MacDonald and Bill Sibilia, SRU Inc has become one of the top national sources for Retail Design, Construction, Store Fixtures, and Flooring. Nationwide and internationally, we handle everything from concept and design to construction and opening! Dave MacDonald has over 25 years of experience in Retail Operations. His professional responsibilities have included 12 years with Melville Corporation in store management and as the Task Force Advisor on matters pertaining to design and store operations. Most recently, Dave served as Chief Operating Officer for an international consultants group to manufacturers in the outlet industry. Under Dave's direction, over 100 stores of unique design were opened, without ever having missed a store opening deadline. Currently, Dave is a partner with SRU Inc. and is pleased to offer his network of professional associates to provide quality build-outs at the most competitive prices. Bill Sibilia, a partner in SRU Inc., has worked for more than 35 years in Conventional and Factory Outlet Retail as both Operation and Regional Managers. A graduate of Bryant University, Bill has been directly responsible for the opening of several name brand Retail Stores throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico . He has previously served as Project Director for an International Consulting Firm, and Vice President of Bum Equipment.
