Born out of a desire to create a different kind of real estate agency, where owners dont feel like just a number, tenants dont feel like second class citizens and personalised service is the rule and NOT the exception, we launched Square Metre Property from the study of our family home in 2015. Having just welcomed our second child, people thought... we were mad but we firmly believed there was a gap in the market for an agency like ours, and we were right. With his background as a Sales & Leasing agent at several top-tier agencies, as well as his time as a commercial Property Manager at an agency in Malaga, Cooper has a thorough understanding of both sides of the business and is renowned for his ability to Think Outside The Square to get the best results for his clients. As the Licensee of the business, Cooper holds a Diploma in Agency Property Management Services and a current Triennial Certificate in Western Australia. Mel has been working as an Office & Trust Account Manager since 2012, when she first entered the commercial real estate market. With a background as a high-level Executive Assistant in both London and Perth for more than a decade, Mel understands the importance of building strong relationships with both owners and tenants alike. She is a registered Property Manager, oversees all Trust Account transactions and is the first point of contact for our Property Management clients.
