SQMProperty Pty Ltd is a boutique Property Acquisitions and Advisory firm based in Melbourne. We have a wealth of experience in buying, developing, designing, marketing, leasing and selling nearly all types of property, including: commercial; industrial; retail; and residential. We've even worked on child care centres through to aged care centres!... Originally working as 'traditional' agents & auctioneers with some of the biggest and best estate agencies, the SQM team all progressed through to working for some of Melbourne's most active private and listed property development companies. We are all tertiary educated in property and/or construction too. This unique skill set affords us rare insight and understanding of property. We see it from more angles, with greater clarity, producing better property decisions. We are smart enough to realise that we don't know everything about property though. But thankfully, when we aren't 100% sure of the answer, our controlled egos stop us from pretending we do. Instead, we get the right answers from trustworthy specialists.
