You have a first rate group of maintenance employees that are both courteous and knowledgeable about repairs and upkeep. The leasing agent was the reason I decided on Springfield. His hard work and dedication to finding me exactly what I wanted was the very best customer service I have EVER received in my +30 years of dealing with real estate (rent... ing & buying). I am very pleased with my stay here. The staff is always courteous and maintenance issues are always addressed promptly. They seem to always be doing something to improve the property. I will be staying here for 8 years. I love living at Springfield. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is very responsive and courteous. My roommate and I have lived here for 5 months and are more than thrilled with our decision to move to this community. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to do whatever it takes to keep the residents happy.
