About Springboard
Operation Springboard is committed to building stronger communities by helping youth and adults develop the skills they need to reach their full potential. As a charitable organization, the company provides innovative, professional and diverse programming by establishing partnerships between the company's clients and their community. Springboard was founded in 1969 and incorporated in 1974, making it one of Ontarios most established non-profit organizations. The company receive funding from the Province of Ontario, the Government of Canada, the City of Toronto and a number of other corporations and foundations. The company is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors and supported by the company's Advisory Board and Patron Committee, who works with the company's Senior Executive staff to provide counsel, broaden the company's support and establish partnerships for the company's work.
