That ethos remains today, we still recruit all of our staff ourselves as they are our most important asset and we are constantly implementing new technologies and innovations to make our customer experience the best it can be. Spotless is a young, forward thinking company, adopting new technology and principles at any opportunity to deliver the best possible cleaning services. Where required confirmations of all cleaning slots are issued electronically and operatives schedules are updated wirelessly to ensure their information is accurate and up-to-date. Our staff sign in an out of all sites using our time and attendance system so that you can be sure youre getting the amount of cleaning time youre paying for and that our staff are safe and secure when cleaning out of hours. Our Cleaning Managers have scheduled monthly audits which can be done in or out of working hours to suit you. You get to see the results and how we are keeping your cleaning standard as Spotless as it can be. We use your feedback from these audits to reward our staff through our Cleaner of the Month scheme.
