Early in her career working for a variety of small businesses, Caitlin noticed a common theme. Many business owners were short on time for bookkeeping duties and were discouraged by these tasks. That's when Spot On Solutions was born. We help business owners succeed by taking care of the details. Organizing receipts and tax documents, communicating with your team and your CPA, creating budgets and reports, tracking expenses, and keeping an accurate record of your books - these are some of the services we provide our clients with. Our goal is to create solutions tailored to your office, so that you can do what you love and we can worry about the rest. Spot On Solutions was founded in the summer of 2013. Caitlin was soon joined by her right-hand man and expert on everything - Greg Sobsey. Later they would get married but that's another story. Greg is a certified bookkeeper and registered tax preparer with a vast history of experience in the food and service industry. He helped expand Spot On's reach to include restaurant and retail clients. They've since been busy providing flawless bookkeeping services to their clients. They are located in Fairfax and work all over Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC, but continue to have strong ties to the local business community in Falls Church.Read More
