Spillman Company was a charter member of the National Precast Concrete Association. The company is pleased that two of the company's presidents, William Coons in 1948 and Theodore W. Coons in 1988, have been honored as Robert L. Yoakum Award recipients of the NPCA. Since the 70's the company has been actively involved in the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute.
