Over the years, 51 has continued raising the bar of short track racing news. Speed51.com was a pioneer in live short track racing news coverage in 2007 by enhancing the at-track product for the fans in the grandstands. With live timing updates, unique photography and video clips, behind-the-scenes news stories from the drivers and teams and lap-by-lap updates, Speed51.com's Trackside Now has become the go-to for fans unable to make it to the track and those looking to get the scoop from the pits while they enjoy the action from the grandstands via their mobile devices. In 2015, Speed51.com created the Speed51 Network, an on-demand video network which now features thousands of short track racing videos from throughout North America. In 2017, over 25 races were also broadcast live for members of the Speed51 Network. In 2018, that number is expected to grow to over 40 live races.
