I have been working as a certified Counselling Professional since 2015. I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I am very passionate about the work I do. I created Spectrum to better support my clients from anywhere and to make it easier... and more accessible for people to get support. Mental health and stress are a spectrum and we all need support at times. Life can be very challenging at times and leave us feeling hopeless and in need of support. I provide support for everything big and small for the countless areas of life. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.
