Rodney, the owner of Spectrum Property Inspections was very helpful and informative throughout my home buying process. His report is very easy to understand with photos and videos. He was very thorough and used some of the coolest tools Ive ever seen. He even took really nice aerial photos with his drone so I could get them printed on canvases. As a Realtor, it is imperative to work with a Home Inspector who provides same day reports to ensure the buyer has plenty of time to review the repost and respond accordingly! Rodney is thorough with his reports and always provides a consultation with the buyer after he has inspected the property! Rodney was extremely well versed in customer service skills and made it a priority to make sure I was getting the best service, while also providing a bunch of education when answering any questions or letting me know what he was doing.
